Objective
- To assist and develop high performing, synergised and united teams for effective delivery
- To develop potential and recognised leaders within a team context
- The process focuses on the knowledge, attitudes, skills and habits, which teams require to achieve excellence in their relationships and towards business outcomes.
Process
- Agreement on the developmental process requires using the Discovery Process where the team will meet with the consultant to plan the Roadmap ahead. There is the option to include the psychometric test: Personal Profile Assessment developed by Thomas International and team assessment tools
- The Discovery Process will determine an agreed roadmap for the team to follow during the coaching period. From this the unique factors pertaining to the team include their:
- Developmental areas crucial to achieving levels of excellence in the team relationship and within the business
- Opportunities to be captured & maximized
- Strengths to be developed
- Weaknesses to be eliminated
- The Roadmap will include the 'toolbox' for development. Each coaching session will deal with the specific team & leadership tools
- The Personal Coach - Team is goal and outcome-based which allows for measurable progress every 90 days.
Time Frame
- A minimum of twelve monthly sessions is necessary to facilitate sustainable change in the team with quarterly review periods to monitor progress
- After the twelfth month an annual review will be conducted to determine whether further coaching is required
