We offer a year programme made up of 6 full-day workshops, one every 60 days. The focus is on practical tools for life and business success. We provide a safe environment for accountability to your goals, and every month we give you encouragement and help keep you on track through internet based follow-up.

Workshop 1 – What’s in the box?

Here we lay the foundation for the journey of discovery and progress. The aim is to discover what you have in terms of talents, experience, gifts and passion. We begin clarifying your unique strengths and dream for the future. We also introduce you to a new and life changing habit of goal setting.

Workshop 2 – Transforming Myself

We review the previous workshop material and check up on progress made on goals. Then, we focus on the actual process of how we are going to get from the “as is” to the “to be” state. We use what’s in the box to get to our awesome picture of the future. The focus is on practical habits that will help you become affective and successful in life and in your business / career.

Workshop 3 – Making the money

The primary focus during this workshop will be tools and strategies to help you make a financial success of your business / career. We will cover things like building a network of key clients or customers, time management, referability habits, delegation, decision making, strategizing, budgeting, and so on.

Workshop 4 – Review

We will review the previous workshop and hone the skills we began to learn. We will help you fine-tune your future plans, and deal with issues on money management and business plans.

Workshop 5 – Referable Character

Behavior is determined by character. And character determines behavior. We all want to be referred to new and bigger opportunities, but then we need to be referable. In the world of business today, this is not such a common thing. Integrity and honesty are rare jewels, and so we will focus on key character issues to help you develop a referable character, and greater opportunities than ever before.

Workshop 6 – Excellent Relationships

Here we will focus on keys to excellent relationships. We will cover interpersonal communication, dealing with and valuing conflict, relationship mapping, positioning and influence. And this is all just year 1…
