Profile: Murray Kilgour

Murray co-founded TCI and has been involved in successfully leading numerous organizations in leadership development and conflict resolution. He has led national projects and has developed many people who are successful leaders in their fields today. Murray’s wisdom and experience come from his many years in working with a multinational NGO in over 30 nations around the world.

He was involved in:

• Cross cultural work
• Leadership and team development
• Coaching
• Pioneering new business units

He functioned as:

• National Director and member of Sub Saharan Africa Executive (1990-1997)
• Base Director (1993-1997)
• Project Director (1987-1989)
• International Team Director (1985-1987)
• Training Director (1980-1984)

Murray is also working with leaders at all levels of business / organization focusing on the entrepreneur, senior leadership, middle management and teams at all levels. TCI works across many sectors – financial services, health services, transport, production, tourism etc. both in South Africa and internationally. TCI also has offices in Vancouver, Canada, under the Directorship of Dr. John Radford.
